Claude training for user research

Become the researcher who mastered AI.

Your research, faster and held to a higher standard at the same time. The synthesis that used to eat your whole week, handled by Friday. The reports your stakeholders read without being chased. And the calm that comes from knowing your AI workflow holds up to any question they throw at it.

Speed matters, and so does being right.

30 minutes. No pitch, no obligation.

The before and after

From falling behind, to impossible to ignore.

You already know AI is changing how research gets done. The real question is whether it makes your work weaker and your role smaller, or whether you become the researcher everyone else starts asking how you did it.

Where most researchers are now
  • Watching everyone post their AI workflows and wondering if you're already behind
  • Using AI in ways that feel a little shameful, then hiding it from the team
  • Worried the output sounds confident but won't survive a real question
  • Stuck doing synthesis by hand because the AI version felt shallow
  • Hearing "just use AI" from leadership with no idea what good looks like
Where you end up
  • The one on your team who figured this out, and gets asked how
  • Synthesis and reporting in hours instead of days, with the depth intact
  • AI-assisted work you can defend, line by line, when a stakeholder pushes
  • A workflow that sounds like you, not like a chatbot wearing your job
  • The calm of knowing exactly where AI helps and where your judgment rules

Who's guiding you

I spent 12 years doing user research manually before I went deep on Claude.

I'm Nikki. I led research at Zalando and Olapic, taught it at Pratt Institute, and spent more than a decade in the work before I went deep on what Claude changes for researchers.

I think that order matters. I came to AI as a researcher who cares about rigor, so when I show you how to use Claude, it's built on knowing what good research demands, which is exactly why it holds up when your stakeholders start asking hard questions.

These days I train teams at Bosch, Experian, HelloFresh, and GOV.UK to do this well. You'd be in the same hands they are.

Team training

Pick where your team levels up first.

Three ways to work together, each built around your team's real research. Real interview guides, real synthesis, real reports. Your team walks out able to do something on Monday they couldn't do on Friday.

01
Live · 3-hour team session

Claude Training for Teams

Your team stops guessing and starts using Claude with intent. Synthesis that keeps its depth, reports stakeholders read without being chased, and the judgment to know when to trust the output and when to push back. A working session on your real files, not a demo of what Claude could theoretically do.

02
Live · 4-hour team session

Build Your Team's Claude Skills Library

Your whole team, producing work that sounds like your team, at a speed that used to be impossible. We turn the interview guides, synthesis templates, and report structures you've spent years refining into custom Claude Skills everyone can use. Built live, together, on your actual files.

03
Live · 2-hour session

Claude for Research Leaders

You walk out with a clear point of view you can defend to your CPO and roll out to your team the same week. What to standardize, what to leave flexible, what to worry about, and what to stop losing sleep over.

How it works

What working together looks like.

No long onboarding, no generic curriculum. Three steps from a first conversation to your team using Claude well on their own work.

01

A short intro call

We talk for thirty minutes about where your team is with Claude right now, what's working, what isn't, and where you want to be. No pitch, no obligation. If I'm not the right fit for your team, I'll tell you, and point you to who is.

02

A session built on your files

I design the training around your real research, your interview guides, your synthesis, your reports, so nothing stays theoretical. Your team works the actual project in front of them, with me there to catch the places it goes sideways.

03

Your team using it next week

You leave with a workflow that holds up and the judgment to know when to trust it and when to push back. The point is what your team can do on Monday morning, on the work that was already on their plate.

Questions teams ask

The things you're really wondering.

The questions that come up most often before a team decides to work together. If yours isn't here, ask me on the call.

We already use ChatGPT. Why Claude?
I work in Claude because it holds up better for the work researchers do, with long context windows that hold a whole study at once, careful reasoning on messy qualitative data, and Skills you build once and reuse across the team. If your team is on ChatGPT today, a lot of what I teach still transfers. I just won't pretend the two are interchangeable, because for synthesis and reporting, the difference shows up fast.
Will this work with the tools we already have?
Yes. I build the session around your real stack, your interview guides, your synthesis process, your report templates, so what your team walks out with fits how they already work. I'm not selling you a new system to adopt, I'm making the one you've already built faster and harder to argue with.
Is my team too junior, or too senior, for this?
Probably neither. I've run this with researchers who'd never opened Claude and with heads of research who've been doing this for fifteen years, and I tailor the depth to the room. Junior researchers leave with a workflow they can trust. Senior researchers leave with the judgment calls, what to standardize across the team, what to keep human, and what to stop worrying about.
How is this different from watching a webinar or reading a guide?
A webinar shows you what's possible. This session has your team doing it, live, on your actual files, with me there to catch the places it goes wrong. By the end you've produced real work you can keep using. That's the whole difference, and it's why it sticks.
What does my team need to prepare?
Almost nothing. Bring a real project, a recent set of interviews or a study you're in the middle of, and we'll work on that. I'd much rather spend the time on your actual research than on a tidy example that proves nothing about your day to day.
What if AI isn't approved at our company yet?
That comes up a lot, and it's a reasonable place to be. I can run the leaders' session first, so you leave with a clear point of view on what's safe, what's worth piloting, and what to take to your CPO or security team. Plenty of teams start there, get the guardrails right, then bring me back for the hands-on training once the path is clear.
