90-minute team session $3,000

Build Your Team's Claude Skills Library

we build it. together. using your files.

Your team already has the good stuff. Interview guides, synthesis templates, screeners, report structures, readout formats you've spent years iterating on. We turn them into custom Claude Skills your whole team can use, built live in a working session using your actual files. You leave with a library you can use tomorrow, not a slide deck about what you could build later.

Real Skills, built from your team's actual work.

Before the session, you send me a handful of your team's existing templates and workflows. We spend the 90 minutes turning them into working Claude Skills, live. Below are the two categories most teams want to cover. We'll scope the exact mix together before the session.

Foundation research Skills

The ones every team needs
  • Interview guide Skills that adapt to study type (generative, evaluative, usability)
  • Screener Skills that speak your users' language, not AI language
  • Research plan Skills that reflect how your team actually scopes work
  • Note-taking Skills that produce notes you'd actually reference later
  • Recruitment outreach Skills that don't sound like spam
  • Synthesis Skills that match your team's coding and theming approach
  • Debrief Skills that turn messy post-session thoughts into structured takeaways
  • Tagging and evidence-library Skills that make past research findable

Applied research Skills

The ones specific to your context
  • Report Skills that match your team's templates and stakeholder preferences
  • Stakeholder readout Skills (exec, product, design, engineering variants)
  • Research summary Skills that preserve nuance instead of flattening it
  • Insight-writing Skills that produce findings with clear point-of-view
  • Recommendation Skills that produce actionable next steps, not platitudes
  • Workshop facilitation Skills for stakeholder sessions and alignment work
  • Quarterly review and readout Skills for ongoing research programs
  • Custom Skills for your team's specific frameworks and methodologies

A 90-minute session, but most of the work happens before.

Custom Skills take your team's real templates as the starting point. Which means most of the value is in what you send me before we meet.

Before

You send me your team's actual templates.

A week before the session, we pick the Skills we're going to build. You send me the existing material: interview guides, synthesis templates, report structures, stakeholder readout formats, anything your team uses regularly. I review it all and scope what we can realistically turn into Skills in 90 minutes.

During

We build Skills together, live.

90 minutes on Zoom with the researchers who'll actually use these. We build each Skill in real time, test it against real research scenarios, and adjust based on how the team thinks. By the end, your team has built the Skills themselves and knows exactly how to modify them later.

After

A shared library your team maintains.

You leave the session with a working Claude Skills library your team owns and can modify. I provide a short written guide on how to add new Skills, how to version them, and what to do when templates change. Follow-up questions welcome for two weeks.

A Skills library your team actually uses.

Not a shared folder of prompts. Not a Notion page nobody opens. A working library that's baked into how your team uses Claude.

the library is yours. you own it. you can modify it. no licensing, no paywall.

Or, pick a time right here.

Prefer to book without leaving the page? Use the calendar below. If you'd rather talk through whether this is the right fit first, book an intro.

Nikki immediately understood our context, needs and goals, and created a workshop that was customised with hands-on, interactive exercises tailored to our company. We would work with Nikki again any time.

Not sure where to start?

Tell me where your team is with Claude, what's working, what isn't, and what would actually move the needle. Thirty minutes, no pitch deck.
